We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Assistant at CableTronics Broadband, Inc., you will play a key role in supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing key accounts and building strong relationships with clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Generate and follow-up on leads, working closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into sales
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using our CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a sales-related role is preferred
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus
